Plant & Facilities
Our 520,000 square foot facility is located in Alliance Ohio
and is one of the finest in the industry. We are fully equipped
to handle the most challenging projects.
- Our facility can accommodate cranes ranging in size from 20 feet to 300
feet and 5 to 900 ton capacities.
- We offer state-of-the-art equipment such as CNC Machine Tools, CNC
Plasma Cutting, and 3-D Modeling.
- Over 139 years of experience successfully designing, manufacturing and
remanufacturing most types of heavy equipment.
 Assembly Floor
Our assembly floor is 85 feet wide and 500 feet long and is used for large
component assembly. The large space allows us to ship your product with minimum
disassembly, reducing field erection costs. The main assembly floor is
supplemented with various adjacent subassembly areas. These areas, containing
approximately 28,000 square feet of space, ensure continuous material flow.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility is uniquely adapted to build a wide variety of
large cranes. Our triple bay weld shop is approximately 35,000 square feet. We
also offer facilities that can accommodate thermal stress relieving/annealing
and shot blasting structural weldments weighing up to 100 tons.
The shot blasting area can handle weldments as large as 19’ x 20’ x 14’ – 7”
high and weighing as much as 50 tons. The annealing furnace is capable of
handling weldments as large as 20’ x 50’ x 14’ – 7” high and weighing up to 100
tons.
